Cancellation conditions

Cancellations more than three months before the planned departure are free of charge,
Cancellations three to one month in advance cost 40% of the room price,
1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% is charged
and for cancellations within 7 days before the planned arrival, the hotel guest has to pay 90% cancellation fee.

The local tax is € 1.90 per person aged 15 and over and per night.

The season times are the general season times of the Kaiserwinkl tourist office

In the main season the arrival and departure days are always Friday and Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Children's prices from 0-5 years € 6.50 per night, from 6 years € 13.00 per night in the parents' room.

The apartments can be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and

must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
